The Association ” Les Amis de Gilbert Portanier ” was created in November 2006 Its aim is to promote the artist’s work as a painter and ceramist in France and abroad, to organize events and exhibitions of the artist’s work, to publish or co-publish books, to produce films and audio-visual works on Gilbert Portanier, and to acquire pieces to be exhibited or lent for exhibition.
